almond milk
(Can use any milk you prefer)

plain nonfat Greek yogurt

fruit
Sprinkle of cinnamon/nutmeg/pie spice
Method
Add the oats, milk, yogurt, and spices to a pint mason jar
Stir well
Add the fruit and gently stir to mix it in
Refrigerate overnight and enjoy!
