Overnight breakfast jars with oats, fruit, milk, and yogurt

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup steel cut oats
  • 1/2 cup almond milk (Can use any milk you prefer)
  • 3/4 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup fruit
  • Sprinkle of cinnamon/nutmeg/pie spice

Method
 

  1. Add the oats, milk, yogurt, and spices to a pint mason jar
  2. Stir well
  3. Add the fruit and gently stir to mix it in
  4. Refrigerate overnight and enjoy!
