Overnight Oats
Overnight breakfast jars with oats, fruit, milk, and yogurt

- 1/2 cup steel cut oats
- 1/2 cup almond milk (Can use any milk you prefer)
- 3/4 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup fruit
- Sprinkle of cinnamon/nutmeg/pie spice
Add the oats, milk, yogurt, and spices to a pint mason jar
Stir well
Add the fruit and gently stir to mix it in
Refrigerate overnight and enjoy!
